I love planning a great trip, but that doesn’t mean I won’t pack my bag until 4 hours before the flight. I’m a Vietnamese marketing executive, mother of a 7 year old who loves to explore new places as much as I do, and an unapologetic foodie, and pretty good cook, if I do say so myself. My favorite destinations so far have been a few stops in Belgium and Czech Republic, though I also enjoy an extended trip to the US with our family as well. I’m from a small town in south central Vietnam, but called Ho Chi Minh City home for many years, before moving up the coast to Hoi An in Central Vietnam for a bit slower pace of life.
