Bathurst Historical Society Museum

Housed in the east wing of Bathurst's stunning courthouse (1880) is this small but interesting local-history museum and archives. It's worth a visit to check out the glorious building alone: local myth has it there was a mix-up of the plans with those intended for India's magnificent Court of Appeals!
