City of Ten Thousand Buddhas

The showpiece here is the ornate temple with its 10,000 golden Buddha statues, elsewhere enjoy pretty courtyards, lush landscaping and decorative peacocks. There is a small gift shop with souvenirs as well as literature on Buddhism and the excellent Jyun Kang Vegetarian Restaurant.
