Maritime Heritage Centre

A labor of love for the local Rotary Club, this small museum anchored by a restored Seine fishing boat stands as a testament to Campbell River’s salmon-fishing heritage. Volunteer guides walk you around the exhibits (boat included), imparting fascinating snippets of fishing history in the process. The restored Seine vessel once featured on Canada’s $5 bill.
