Set up in an old butter factory, this microbrewery is notable for its inventive suds – from a Gose produced using local seaweed to a whisky-sour Berliner Weisse. Other core beers include IPA and southern right ale. While it opens for events throughout the year, for the moment you'll need to call ahead to sample its range.
